Meet Phillipa Huynh

Here’s a little bit about me: where I’ve come from, why I do what I do now and how I aim to change the world.

I worked in the corporate world for 16 years. When I first started, in my ‘gap year’, I knew I wasn’t happy with what I was doing, so I set myself a goal to go to University, and I did. After I graduated with my Bachelor of Applied Science I began working at a consulting firm. Again, I knew I wasn’t happy with what I was doing. The stress and the pressure was overwhelming. Particularly knowing I was doing something I didn’t love – it wasn’t my ‘calling’. So I spent the next 10 years searching for what I wanted to be ‘when I grew up’.

What I did know was that I was passionate about my personal wellbeing and that of my family. I knew that if I were to go back to study again, it would have to be in some kind of natural therapy, to help people to learn what I knew. To teach them how to build a life they love with no boundaries and no rules.

When I fell pregnant with my child, I started an amazing journey of self discovery with the help of my kinesiologist. Exploring my expectations, my fears and my strengths while enduring the loss of my close uncle, I became more and more true to myself and accepting of who I was. After the birth of my son, I found the adjustment extremely confronting. From being someone so efficient and free, I began to feel claustrophobic and unproductive. Again, the help from my kinesiologist through these difficult moments found me considering going back to study once again.

By the time my mum was diagnosed with late stage melanoma, I had already been researching kinesiology colleges. So I took the plunge and began studying in preparation for the long, challenging journey that lay ahead for me and my family. It was a tough time in my life – particularly losing both my mother and grandmother while having a small child to care for – but with the help of my family, friends and supportive mentors in natural therapists, I continue to find my way.

So now I am changing the world one person at a time. I am helping other people go through their own challenges and difficulties by looking deeper within themselves for direction. My mission is to help people who are determined and passionate on their own journey to freedom. Free of stress, free of overwhelm and aiming for fulfilment, gratitude and enlightenment. We do this together by:

  • Pausing, so you may breathe in the stillness;
  • The stillness allows you to explore your inner self;
  • Then you can awaken your soul and be enlightened in this beautiful world.

I cannot wait for you to begin.
